Your account offers free ATM withdrawals at approximately 91,000 convenient locations across the nation. To discover where you can make free ATM withdrawals near you, log in to online banking and use our ATM Locator.

We do not limit the number of funds transfers you may make.

Existing Customers

We make it easy for you to wire money from your account. Simply log in to online banking, select Move Money, and select the Wire Transfers option.

In your online application, indicate you are applying as a trust. After the account has been approved and opened, a customer service representative will send a secure message with the Certification of Trust form. Once you've completed the form, you can submit it to us from the Secure Forms page within online banking. Just visit our Secure Forms page and upload your completed form using the Upload Your Forms function of the Secure Forms page. Finally, select document type 216 Trust Certification from the dropdown menu and Submit.

You can make cash deposits at participating ATMs nationwide. Log in to online banking and use our ATM Locator to find an ATM that accepts cash deposits. Funds availability may vary.

The daily limits for ATM/Debit cards are:

  • Cash withdrawal from an ATM using an ATM card - $510.00

  • Point-of-sale transaction using your ATM card - $500.00

  • Cash withdrawal from an ATM using a Visa® Debit card - $1,010.00

  • Point-of-sale transaction using your Visa® Debit card - $2,500.00

Requests to close an account may be submitted using any of the following methods:

Chat: Log in to online banking and strike up a conversation with one of our Direct Bankers between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. PT, M-F.

Secure message: To send us a secure message, log in to online banking and select Messages. Include the account number you wish to close and your instructions.

Phone: Call Customer Service at 1-877-472-9200

To download your transaction history, please follow the instructions provided on the Quicken website.

We do not limit the number of funds transfers you may make.

The dollar limits at funding are:

  • Maximum to transfer in: $250,000.00

The dollar limits after your account is funded are:

  • Maximum per day in or out $30,000.00

  • Maximum per month $60,000.00

You may not make funds transfers in excess of limits described on the External Bank Transfer service. We reserve the right to change from time to time the dollar amount of funds transfers you are permitted to make using our service.

Log in to online banking and select Accounts. Once you've selected the account you would like to update, select Account Details. To add a new beneficiary, "Add a Beneficiary", to edit your existing beneficiaries, click the pencil icon next to your beneficiary's name.

You can verify external deposits within online banking, whether you're using a web browser or the mobile app.

If you're using a web browser, log in to online banking and select Accounts. Then select External Accounts. Select the settings wheel for the account you wish to verify. Enter the two tiny trial deposit amounts and select OK.

If you're using the mobile app, log in to online banking, then select Move $. In the menu bar at the top of the app, select External Accounts and then select Verify Account. Enter the two trial deposit amounts, and select Verify Account to confirm.

You can order checks online using the following directions:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. In the Accounts tab, select the account you want to order checks for

  3. Select Details, then Order Checks

  4. Select Continue to navigate to our external check ordering site
